Sienna sits mostly within Missouri City, just southeast of Sugar Land in Fort Bend County — a 10,000-acre master-planned community we serve as part of our regular coverage area.
A quick note on location: most of Sienna carries a Missouri City address rather than Sugar Land, though it sits in the same Fort Bend County service area and just minutes from Sugar Land proper. We cover it the same as any other neighborhood on this list.
Sienna has grown from its original 1990s sections into a 10,000-acre community of more than 10,000 homes, so the plumbing profile varies a lot by section — original-era homes from the late '90s and early 2000s are old enough for clay-soil-driven slab leaks and aging water heaters, while newer sections built in the last several years lean on modern PEX plumbing with more typical new-construction issues. Sienna's extensive water features, including Sawmill Lake and Club Sienna's water park, also mean more calls related to backflow prevention and outdoor line work near shared amenities.
Original 1990s-2000s Sienna homes are in the higher-risk window for clay-soil slab leaks. See our slab leak page.
