One of Fort Bend County's largest master-planned communities — 3,800 acres, 200+ acres of lakes, and homes ranging from production builds to multi-million-dollar waterfront estates.
Riverstone spans both Sugar Land and Missouri City addresses and is home to roughly 6,400 homes built by Taylor Morrison, Perry Homes, Newmark, and other major builders since the community launched in the 2000s. Most homes here run modern PEX supply lines rather than the older copper of Sugar Land's 1990s-era neighborhoods — but the extensive lake system and 20 miles of trails mean irrigation lines, pool equipment plumbing, and waterfront property drainage are common calls, alongside the same Fort Bend clay-soil slab risk that affects the whole county.
Larger Riverstone homes often run tankless or dual-tank setups — sizing and service matter.
